Women of color are powerful. Inspired by our lived experiences, values, and democratic ideals, the possibilities are seemingly endless with women of color at the helm working in unity to support us all. It is this vision – an America transformed by women and femmes of color who bravely and fully stepped into their power – that we must strive for, individually and collectively, to usher in a new political era. Each of us is responsible for making this vision a reality by embracing our own power.

Our video storytelling campaign, Step Into Your Power, features powerful women of color leaders who bravely shared stories about who they are, what they have learned, and how they stepped into their power for positive change. Our goal is to inspire women and femmes of color to step into their power and take action for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Simply put, we need you – to share your story, to create safe spaces, to inform solutions, to vote, to run for office, to get elected, and to legislate for us all. You hold the power to change everything.
