Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a respectful and inclusive Summit experience for everyone, regardless of gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or class. We do not tolerate harassment of Summit participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any Summit venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Facebook, and other online media. Please abstain from becoming intoxicated during the duration of the Summit (including legal recreational drugs); such behavior is inappropriate especially when we are trying be inclusive of under-aged participants. Summit participants violating these rules may be expelled without refund from the Summit at the discretion of the Summit organizing team. In addition to the above, please respect others interests and passions even if you don’t share them. 

If you would like to report an incident related to this code of conduct or need to discuss any other issue related to the Summit, please contact sarah@shethepeople.org or a member of the Summit organizing team. The Summit organizing team is distinguishable by name badges with "STAFF" on them.
